Continuous Band Sealer Automatic Continuous Sealing Machine Vertical/Horizontal Sealing Sealer for PVC Membrane Bag Film 110V

This sealer works great. Comes with instructions but the machine is pretty much plug and play. We've been using for 3 months and had no problems.This is a great replacement for impulse sealers, which we were using before. The only downside is that you have to wait 2 minutes for it to heat up, so we keep an impulse sealer close by to do quick seals from time to time.

The warranty time had already expired, and the machine needed something replaced, I called the seller to see where I could purchase the part and they sent it to me completely free of charge, even after the warranty had expired. I bought it with SUMEVE.

It worked great for 2 days, then the conveyer stopped turning. The motor is working, but motor shaft to conveyer shaft transition piece has broken (see picture). I am hoping that you will send me a few replacement pieces to fix this problem.UPDATE: I have received the needed repair part and the sealer is working fine now. They included a couple extra pieces, as well as some replacement bands.

I have personally owned and worked with dozens of sealers over the course of 15 years including some dating back to the early 1980s. This is by far the worst equipment I have ever received both on amazon and in purchasing commercial equipment in my entire career.It's instruction manual is basically, these are the parts, put it together. There is holes drilled to incorrect sizes rendering the screws ineffective, the rod that turns the conveyer is unable to go straight so it grinds against the top gears, the max seal speed is about 5 bags a minute because it cannot hold temp, the digital temperature set is a pain to use and no doubt was more expensive and vastly less convenient than a standard analog dial, the cooling fan blasts from the motor department directly below into whatever you are sealing which sprays dust and metal shavings on and in bags. The device looks like it was made 25 years ago and has been sitting in a box, and the people selling it didn't even bother rebranding the device to their new name, the conveyer also came uneven and skips. I can forgive one issue as an error, but this seems systematically sloppy and haphazardly put together. Avoid this nightmare.

Great entry level sealer. Worked great out of the box, very easy to make adjustments depending on the type of bags you are sealing. It doesn’t say it in the manual but it’s helpful to know what temperatures your bags should be sealed at to prevent bags melting to the sealing belt.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing quality for the money! Machine came packaged very nicely and it was ready right out of the box.we had an issue with our Packaging supply house and needed a continuous sealer right away and this was here in 2 days. Plug and play.Embossing wheel works amazing.

When the machine works, it's great. first one purchased May 2021; broke in September 2021. Heating element doesn't heat up. Amazon was nice enough to replace that one since we had no way of getting a hold of the manufacturer. Even Amazon even tried contacting the manufacturer. Replacement received October 2021, now it's July 2021 and the 2nd machine is broken. I just want a functional machine. It's a lot of hassle to pack the machine up and send it in. In both cases, the heating element does not heat up so I can't seal any bags.
