Great tasting coffee with holiday memories
I purchased Nicola Bocage beans as it brought back memories of happy times in Portugal.I had forgotten how goooood Portuguese coffee is. Great taste not too strong but strong enough though to rejuvenate. No after bitter taste.

Preparation instructions: Use an espresso machine to extract coffee. Use 7g of coffee for every 30ml of water. The water temperature should be about 90°C. The ideal pressure for extraction is approximately 9 bar. The extraction time should be about 25-30 seconds. Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
