Perfect for Precision Playing – My New Go-To Picks!
I recently tried out the Jim Dunlop Tortex Flow Standard 1.35mm Guitar Picks, and I have to say, they’ve quickly become my favorite. The 1.35mm thickness offers the perfect balance of stiffness and flexibility, giving me the control I need for both fast strumming and precise picking. The material feels smooth but provides just enough grip, so I never have to worry about slipping, even during intense play. What really stood out to me is how comfortable these picks feel in my hand. The shape is great, and the rounded edge glides effortlessly across the strings, which makes for a smooth and consistent sound. Whether I’m playing intricate solos or more rhythmic strumming patterns, these picks handle it all with ease.I’ve used a lot of different picks in the past, but the Tortex Flow picks seem to last longer without getting worn down, which is a big plus. They’re durable and hold up even during long practice sessions. If you’re looking for a pick that provides great control, durability, and comfort, these are definitely worth a try. I’ve already ordered more to stock up!

Great picks
I only use a few types of picks and these flows are in my top 3.I play a lot of fast metal and the sharp point helps get the speed I want. I love the tortex material, it's strong and smooth but easy to hold onto.

Great for strumming
Has lots of flexibility, Love the bright color in size, Great pic for strumming but still has that good vortex feel and grips. Good value for money if you play a lot of rhythm. The accuracy is going to be more dependent on what you're used to playing with stiff or flexible picks.

Great strumming pick, lots of give without being too flexible. Great brand, I love them.

Pretty good but I like Ultex better
These are pretty good but the Ultex Sharp yellow works better for me

Perfect size, shape, and texture for sweaty hands
This picks are great. I’ve been using the standard r Tortex Dunlop picks for 15 years because they’re amazingly well made, they just hold up for a long time after a lot of use. I recently saw the Flow style and had to pick up a pack of them. I really like the minimized shape with a slightly pointed picking tip. It helps with faster picking and “attacking the strings” with a lighter touch.I have extremely sweaty hands and the matte texture of the picks helps them stick to my fingers a bit better without getting slippery. Any guitarist who suffers from sweaty hands knows how frustrating a slick pick is to handle. You really can’t go wrong with a pack of these. If you’re a new guitarist or aren’t too sure how picks will affect your performance I’d also suggest looking at incorporating and trying different thicknesses as well.

Not Sure If It Beats the Jazz III XL
As someone who finds the standard Dunlop Jazz III slightly small, the XL size feels just right for me.The Flow picks aren't bad either. They're the same length as the Jazz III XL, but the Flow is just slightly wider. The Flow feels almost identical to the Jazz III XL, so it’s hard to see what makes it unique.Still, it plays just as well as the Jazz III, in my opinion

Excellent guitar pick
This pick holds well, isn't slippery likes some and flows nicely on the strings. The tone is good. I tried other J 3 picks, and similar, but they were too small and to hard for me. The tortex is not floppy but it isn't a 3mm pick. It is very nice.
