Party with Spanish Cusine!
I purchased this to have paella parties and also for use as a camping stove. It's a robust build, its heavy steel structure (which you kinda want). I've used it several times to make paella and its great. The pan is huge and if you make paella its quite a lot of food so have a party, invite friends or be ready to have a lot of left overs. I used a smaller cast iron pan on it and it worked great. You can use both flame rings or just use the inner flame ring. There is no reason you can not throw a wok on it, or even a grill pan on it. Comes with a few attachment fittings, I have used both a 20Lb propane tank as well as smaller propane tanks. It's a great device and worth the money.

Great Paella Set
This set is a really good deal. It includes all the hardware you need to make a Paella (besides a low pressure propane hose/regulator and a propane tank). The pan is 20 inches diameter and makes enough paella to feed at least a dozen people (using the 1 kilo bags of calasparra paella rice). The stand easily bolts together using wing nuts and thumb screws, making for a portable setup nice for traveling. I brought my set to Baja this year and made a seafood paella on the beach for New Years, it was a huge hit. The only real issue is keeping the stand components together - there is no bag or case for all the legs, braces and hardware - Hint: look for "MTM Ultracompact arrow case" - 15 bucks - all the pieces fit and its nice and portable. I also carry 6 pieces of 1/8" plywood in the case should I need to level the stand out so my chicken stock (home made of course) is an even depth all around the pan (for ultimate paella flavor, never use water). This is my second paella set, as I left my first one in Baja with friends, it was worth buying the same set again. The pan is made from high carbon steel, and will rust very easily, so after cleaning I dry and wipe it down with a thin layer of vegetable oil using a paper towel and hang it in the pantry until next use. When I travel with it, the pan gets put into a new kitchen garbage bag to keep the dust and dirt from sticking to the thin oil layer. The double burners have individual controls for precise heat control, and are enamel coated so they are pretty bullet proof.

It worked well once we figured it out.. ...
Ok, so originally I gave the Paella Pan, Paella Burner, and Stand Set from Garcima three stars; because it was difficult to figure out how to make it work. The directions were sparse and it took trial and error to learn we had to cover the holes to light the burners. [Don't laugh too hard or at least cut us a little slack, we had never seen one of these things up close before! :) ] There were also minor bumps and bruises on the product ... a slightly damaged handle ... a spot of rust. But once we finally got it going we made some fabulous Paella and we have been making fabulous Paella ever since. I even purchased the second to the largest pan because we love it that much. [ Note the pan it comes with serves 14 people, they have a 22 person pan and a 28 person pan etc].My family and friends are thrilled when I bring it to parties or bust it out at my own home. It is definitely a crowd pleaser and definitely worth the price. Of course, you are not just limited to Paella with this handy, easy to store extra burner... I have made beef dishes, stews, and stir-fries. Get creative and enjoy. It is like cooking over an open fire without the fuss. When you check this product out you will see that you need to purchase the propane tank and the regulator separately but that is pretty standard and even so the total price is still excellent for the use you will get out of it. If the directions are still sparse when you purchase this product, I recommend YouTubing it. That helped a lot when we were using ours for the first time.Paella Pan + Paella Burner and Stand Set - Complete Paella Kit

Very nice set up
This worked out very good. The pan is big enough to serve 15 people. The burner is super powerful. My only complaint is minor. The pan tends to slide around on the burner. Be careful and hold on to it when you are using a spatula.

High quality and sturdy
I ordered this to go with a pan I had purchased last fall as I didn't like how the central heating of my turkey fryer burner did not provide even heating and heat diffusers either had poor ratings or were not much cheaper than this set. The pan that comes with this offering was the same quality as my prior purchase, and slightly larger so it was a nice bonus. I assembled it without any directions and it appears very sturdy. I did not have any problems lighting the burner with all holes open and it has not yet blown out on my windy deck and works very well on my nearly equally windy screened porch. I think the issue with other reviewers may be more of an issue with the regulator on your propane tank. I also bought the recommended hose and regulator set up for ~$15.00, and I think that allows another level of fine tuning the temperature (it was possible to kill the flames by running too much gas through the system). I would say this is an exceptional value for the cost compared to other offers of similar products. The burner I received was one with the orange burner regulator set. I mention this because the one in the photo when I bought this was white and I thought the price difference from the other offerings is that there might be a lower version OEM type and a higher polished retail version... but I suspect they are all the same and just depends on when the lot was made (my guess, no data to back that).

Love it!
I can't say enough how much I love this gadget. Made some "arroz negro" the other day that was delicious. Fed 8 people and had leftovers. Can't wait to use this more.PROS:- Great quality, sturdy- Even in windy conditions when you set the pan on it the flames will stay onCOULD BE BETTER:- Instructions could be clearer. But it is not hard to put togetherNEGATIVE:- Nothing, really.Things to consider:- Get a hose with a regulator so you can fine-tune the intensity of the flames. The knobs on this don't have enough range for the full pressure of a gas bottle.- Season your paella pan before first use
