I have found Bosu balls to be really useful for improving balance and coordination. The wall chart really comes in handy for people who have not received good instruction from a gym instructor or physical therapist on the ways that it can be used.I received this Bosu ball today and I'm excited to begin using it. I must note though, that the first one I ordered arrived with a damaged valve. It looked like someone have completely ripped out the valve and then returned the damaged product. The package I received today arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and then sloppily retaped. One end of the cardboard box was torn I expected to find another damaged ball, but this one was in excellent condition, with a pump, two plugs, and a card that contained a QR code that gives access to the manual, warranty, and wall charts.As other reviewers have written, the pump is not really useful. Luckily I have an electric pump with an adapter that fit the Bosu valve. Otherwise, it would have taken forever to inflate the ball using the manual pump that came with the ball, but less than a minute or two with an electric pump. Just don't overinflate it.The Bosu ball seems to be of sturdy quality. The handles on the sides make it easy to carry around and to turn over. Also, it doesn't skid, even on a wooden floor.

I was first introduced to BOSU in an exercise class at my local gym. I was impressed that we were able to use this simple piece of exercise equipment to address cardio, core, upper and lower body strength in addition to balance and stability. I made this specific BOSU purchase for home use and think most people would be hard pressed to find another single piece of exercise equipment that addresses all of those needs that's also a low one-time investment and is low maintenance.It comes with everything you need to get started and includes a QR Code that provides you with ample workouts, a manual and warranty information.

Feels super solid when you take it out of the box. The box has the directions for how to inflate it correctly the right amount on it and it is super straightforward and well thought out. I use it for lots of different workouts and I actually really like meditating on it too!

I bought a used BOSU ball from Spreetail. When it came, it was in kind of a beat up box and definitely in need of cleaning when I got it out of the box. The pump that was supplied with the ball was broken. The ball cleaned up pretty easily with a light mix of dish soap and water. I contacted the seller about the pump and they immediately sent out a brand new replacement pump for it. The BOSU is an excellent exercise device. I would give Spreetail 3 stars for prepping a returned item for resale. I would give them a six star review for how they stood behind the product they were selling. To me that’s where the rubber meets the road.

I usually use a Bosu at the gym and physical therapy. At the start of the pandemic, I thought I might be extravagant in buying one for home use. I also didn't know how long the gyms would be closed! From March through September I've been working out at home without the Bosu, but in September I needed to go back to physical therapy. Sure enough, they gave me exercises involving the Bosu! I decided it was time to buy my own so I could be consistent with my PT routine at home. I'm so happy I got it! It's easy to setup and I slide it under my elevated sofa when I'm done, though you could also hide it under a bed if you wanted to, if you don't have the luxury of a proper home gym area. I've been working out in my living room.I have to admit, I refuse to use the manual pumps and this is not my first inflatable piece of equipment. I have to balance balls that I take with me when I travel, so I have a little portable electric pump. The Bosu inflated quickly with the pump. I can't say how easily it inflates with the manual pump it comes with.Some users say it doesn't come with the DVDs and wall chart promised. They don't read directions. It doesn't come with hard copies, it comes with digital copies. Inside the box are the Owner's Manual, directions for extending your warranty, and directions for downloading your free DVD download and free wall chart. I actually like this better than it coming with the hard copies—The poster would be folded and creased and the DVD would be subject to break. You can keep the digital copies on your phone, your computer, your tablet, or all of the above. It's quite convenient. Also, when you log on to the Bosu website, you can CHOOSE which of several DVD options you'd like to use your promo code for. Again, pretty sweet.All and all, I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend using a Bosu with supervision. If you're purchasing the Bosu and have never worked on one with a therapist or trainer before, be cautious. Doing an exercise carelessly or incorrectly may result in injury. This is a device that's meant to push your balance abilities, so falling or rolling your ankle or wrist are all risks that come with using this unsupervised.
