Sticks all broken
Arrived with all sticks broken into 2 parts. May not seem like a problem and product description says they may break in transit, but can’t use smaller pieces as they burn down too quickly and then get too hot to hold after only a 5 minutes of use

arrived every single stick broken not sure if this due supplier or how handled after so will not ever buy again
