This chip worked really well -- just pug in and go! It is up-to-date current and in an excellent format. This option for using GPS is much better than connecting smart phone to the system every time. I would highly recommend this product!

I purchased this SD card for my Mercedes. It worked for three months and then one day it just didn’t. I reached out in order to obtain a refund and they sent a second SD card without anymore of communications. Guess what the same day within the same hour that I inserted the second SD card it too did not work. I have reached out again to this company and have yet to receive a response. Buyers beware. This company should not be on Amazon because of its poor quality of product and their poor customer service. I have received products that work and good customer service. This is not a good look for Amazon who is a excellent company for many of my wants and needs. I’m just disappointed.

Works Great in my 2018 Mercedes C-300. No complaints. I would recommend this product.

I need to return this item. I final got to dealer ship today to install and they said the item damaged. It will not upload or work. They said I need the brand new item in the unopened original packaging. This one is used or refurbished and does not work. I need to return this.

Lo que me agrado a la hora de ponerlo en mi Mercedes 2017 GLA 250, fue la configuracion no hay que ser un experto y tambien lo economico, en mercedes benz me estaban cobrando 800 por el chip. 😪. Pero gracias a Dios lo encontre aqui.

This 2018/2019 navigation SD card for Mercedes-Benz works great! Easy to navigate in the vehicle. The only issue is its 2-3 years old so some of the Hwys in United States are not updated (Missing roads). I suggest to buy the latest version available.

It came packaged professionally, but did not work. I have purchased these multiple times for friends and family. The last two that I have purchased have not worked. It has become a scam. Do not buy these anymore. You will have to pay the exuberant amount at a Mercedes-Benz dealership.
