Belt has good support. I like the plastic latch that keeps the belt fastened securely without depending on the velcro.

The belt fits fine. I got a size large, I prefer this belt than the harbinger nylon belt, because when I do bent over rows and deadlifts, it doesn’t slide up my torso, cause it has a foam padding. it stays in place. The clip is plastic, but it’s the kind of plastic that’s durable. It reminds me of the plastic of a seatbelt in a car. If you’re training style is more into bodybuilding this is a good option, if It’s more into Olympic weightlifting I don’t think it’s a good option.

I’ve had many of the Valeo Belts over the years and they are just well built. This one has plastic on it but it really is quality, can’t say a bad thing about it, and they are durable.
