Webstone 67234 Pro-Pal Ball Valve, 3/4

Got to add an expansion tank when replacing my water heater. Wanted something like this so I could easily service the expanson tank every year or so. This soldered in very well.

I recently undertook a project to replumb my boiler. The original plumbing was from 1949. I have six different heating zones at three different temperatures. Needless to say, I needed a lot of valves. I purchased about 30 different webstone valves and was extremely happy with the design and quality of each of them. The combination valves were time savers and allowed me to condense the plumbing to a much smaller area than I could have if I had used traditional valves. I would never go back to the old way.

Can’t find a way to contact seller, and doesn’t state it safe for potable water. If can’t resolve may have to return.

I used this to be able to isolate the Water Heater Expansion Tank so I can check the pressure and adjust it. When you disconnect the expansion tank it drips water. The drain port is fine, it just drips on the outlet to the Expansion Tank. Since it is soldered in, it is too much of a hassle to remove it and exchange it.
