Mat is flat when unrolled. I like the extra mat for kneeling on.

Suitable for moderate yoga/workout
I have been using this mat for a month now. It's very durable and has good thickness suitable for my workout and Yoga. I noticed it's not slippery as much as I was expecting and has no much bad smell after use. On the other hand, it catches every single dust if left for long without use 😅, and got some curves and clefts with a moderate use.
