Helps me relax before sleep
This supplement product arrived on time and was well-packaged. I have been using the spice of nutmeg during my cooking, but did some reading and research to find is can also help in relaxing after a stressful day. I purchased this supplement product to find out. After a week of taking the recommended dose about an hour before bed, I found that I was slightly more relaxed, especially after a stress-filled day. For me that is a health benefit that I find important. I am a senior in my mid-70's, but feel it can help any age. Please do your reading and research.
