Firstly and most importantly it doesn’t have the sting smell or taste like most H &B stuff has, secondly it really works!!! I’ve always been feeling tired and lazy since I was a child, having learned Chinese traditional medicine I know I’m short of “Qi” and I know that astragalus as well as ginseng can help with it, but I just can’t stand the smell and taste of them. Few days ago I decided to have a search and bought this one. It worked from day one!! My sleep quality has always been poor because I’m always have anxiety and depression, I dream too much and still feel tired after sleep for 12 hours, but after I had it for the first time I felt tired and then had a very good nap. Now I take 2 tablets after lunch and 1 after dinner, and I’m feeling more energized than ever!!

I was experiencing some major (and quite frankly, scary) energy crashes from maxing out my adrenals on coffee & energy drinks. I couldn’t go to work and I missed all of my lectures due to how fatigued and brain-foggy I had become. For context, I have IBS, SIBO, Candida and other undiagnosed issues with my thyroid & parathyroid which exasperates under prolonged periods of stress.I was desperate but did research on increasing my intake of adaptogenic herbs, and I happened to come across this product with one of the most varied blends I’ve seen.To start I took 2 capsules at the start of my day with my usual B-vitamin complex, and this worked such a treat on my system! No digestive-related complaints either. I was able to go back to work, focus on completing my assignments and situations that would normally stress me out into an anxiety frenzy seemed to just roll off of my shoulders.I’ve also recently added the capsule contents into a cacao & collagen mix which I’ve found tasty and my preferred hot drink to start my day. I find it lends a slightly bitter, malty taste =)If you’re skeptical, give it a go! I hope this review has helped someone in a similar health predicament. I bloody love these supplements! Above anything else I've ever tried, these are by far superior. I have ADHD as well as bipolar so I can't take stimulants, and have found these to be the best substitute for helping with concentration and focus. I always take them before work and notice the difference when I don't. I would definitely recommend!

I suffer with poor adrenal function and low thyroid and so wanted something to help me rebuild my adrenal and energy but more naturally without using bovine products. This supplement has been a great help I’ve seen a massive improvement and quite quickly! I will definitely be ordering more and I love the eco friendly packaging and the quality of the supplement. Good value with the combination of herbs in one making it easier to take too, but with no jittery side effects. I’m very happy with this company and their ethics too. Highly recommend and will be buying again as they have been a great help in improving my health.

Not a bad mix of adaptogens, however I don't feel there is enough of each ingredient to make a huge impact. You're probably better off getting bigger doses of each individual adaptogen separately unless you're quite sensitive to the hormonal changes that will occur as a result of taking small doses.

Bought on behalf of my wife on the advice of an alternative medicine practitioner. Product arrived on time, was as advertised and seems to be helping her health. I say "seems" because it is impossible to know the counterfactual case. This is not a criticism - it's just an inevitable fact of life.
