Apple iPhone XS, 256GB - Silver (Renewed)

I am pleased with what I got for the money. Finding an iPhone XS with 256GB of storage in almost impossible for this money so I am very happy with the deal. The phone came in an original iPhone box looking almost new. (Looks like it have been used with a lot of care) No scratches on the front and just few small ones on the back. Turning it on it’s works as normal. I’ve had almost no problems with it and if I ever had it’s probably the software and not the phone. The battery was 96% life which is perfect in my opinion. I can go a whole day and a half without charging it if I don’t use it all the time. Even when I’m all the time on the phone it can go for a day. Worth the money I would say. I really hope it works like this for a long time and don’t disappoint me midway.

The photos speak for themselves. There is a very big, noticible scuff on the top portion of the screen, which in and of itself would warrant this handset as poor condition. In addition to this, the frame is scuffed all the way around. How this can be sold as a renewed product is beyond my belief. IPhones of this model in this condition are normally purchased for around £150 by recycling companies. So this being sold on Amazon, as renewed, for over £400 is very off-putting and breaks the customer's trust with Amazon's renewed products. The re-seller is called "Buyur", so be aware of what you may receive if this is the quality of item I was given. I now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund, go through the hassle of returning it and be out of pocket while I wait for a new phone. This could have been avoided if photos of the actual phone were shown in the listing. This assures fairness and honesty from the seller, and the buyer knows exactly what they are buying. This should be the next thing Amazon implements on their renewed category for items from other sellers, as it is cruicual to build customer trust and avoiding frustration.

I always loved and preferred the iohone xs design to the newer models. This one arrived well packaged in a box, battery at 88%, lasts a day with normal use (I am not a gamer). This still performs well even in 2022. I must say after a week of using it, it is really in a ‘like new’ condition, besides of course the battery capacity. No scratches whatsoever, no issues at all! Great seller I can only recommend !

The phone is great and reasonably priced considering the screen quality, the camera, and the storage size. The battery was already at 88% when I received it which was disappointing but apart from that it’s decent still

Purchased an Amazon ‘Renewed’ iPhone XS. Battery percentage was at 90% and the phone was scuffed on the two sides of the screen + corners.A good used phone, not the ‘Renewed' model as described by Amazon. Returned.Let’s be clear, a renewed phone from Apple is exactly that: parts are replaced to make it ‘as new’. Unfortunately buying an Amazon 'Renewed' phone is a lottery; standards are not maintained, prices are on average £200 more than second hand sites. Based on my experience with 2 ‘Renewed’ phones, neither of which matched the description, I will now buy s/h from an auction site, or new from Apple.

The phone came in Great condition and works well according to the outstation I bought it for. No scratches on the screen and no issues with battery life. Definitely good value for money!

Phone arrived quickly and was packaged well, though not original apple packaging. Phone itself was in great condition. Very slight marks but not really visible unless closely scrutinised (after all it isn’t brand new). Battery life reported 100% so really happy with that. It came with a 3rd party charger and cable, (not a problem). Best of all it comes with 12 month warranty supplied by a third party company. I’m really pleased with the phone and wouldn’t consider getting a brand new phone again if renewed phones are this good and half the price of new.

Bought this iPhone XS as the seller Digital Techno described & Quoted it as refurbished condition and Minimum 80% battery health misleading to start as the phone only had 77% battery health😳😤 unhappy start.But decided to take it to APPLE-Store for new battery as it only costs £69.2 or 3 days later the earpiece speaker Stopped working😤Back to APPLE-STORE who did s full phone diagnostics on it(Have PrintOut) The only APPLE Genuine APPLE part in it was the Battery APPLE had put in.Overall comment from them was*It will Never work correctly* as we found when we tried to Bluetooth it to our car.Contacted & sent phone back to *Digital Techno* they refused to refund & Just sent phone back😤😠😡🤬.Very Unprofessional Company with Customer-Care.Total cost of phone=£342 That can’t be used.Also NO response from Amazon after we sent our complaint!!! We found on APPLE website=Brand New Apple iPhone SE =£499 - £100 trade in So we got a brand new iPhone SE at a Total Cost of £399=Bargain & would advise to anyone buying used/Refurbished iPhones🙋‍♂️.
