Best ham
I have been buying Fermin dry aged pork products for years. I serve it for special parties and yes it is very expensive but it is simply the best!

Shipment smart
Not very smart to ship the meat by USPS and put in a mail box in Valencia with 110 degrees outsideFor hoursThe fat from the met was all melted.

One of the 4 packages (Loin) did not look or taste as good as usual.

Not Eatable; Just throw it away
Both the spanish ham and loin are too old. It really should not be sold. The cured meats don't last for more than a week from the time that they were prepared, 10 days tops and I imagine this is at least a month old. Just forget about it and try it once you can get back to Spain.

Spoiled! DO NOT BUY!!!
SPOILED!!! Do NOT buy these junk! It came today and when I compared to the ones we bought from Spain. These has yellow rings around each slices. It looked dry, old and spoiled. These aren’t refrigerated when arrived. And I guarantee you these Jamon was NOT stored properly! It’s not returnable neither! Lesson learned.
