My husband is very much the logistican, introverted, type of personality but he also has really severe trauma in his past and this helps him get sleep(like he needs at night) and also generally keeps him on an even keel emotionally given his trauma can make him prone to depression based spirals internally and occassional outbursts. This has helped that.I have "him" with a normal amount of "person who has some upset but can talk about it" rather then a man who "shoves it down then unintentionally seems to suddenly have a big reaction"(not abusive, just pushes down, as a depressed person may due to trauma).We have life stress(special needs kids their outburts are stressful, I have a serious autoimmune condition, he has a lot of work life imbalance) and still this helps him!I'm so glad we got this for him. He is responsible and does what he can to be at his best and I feel this is a big part of that! So glad this is out there.Please don't ever stop making this supplement!

I was having difficulty sleeping and I had been using numerous things to help out. Melatonin for one and it worked ok, but since I started with the Lyzyme seems I have been getting a deeper sleep for longer hours. I no longer use Melatonin.

I’ve been taking this product for about 3 weeks. I am definitely sleeping better at night (my brain isn’t as active). And it quiets my mind overall. I’m more calm during the day. I still experience unstable moods, but they seem to be more me driven (ruminating thoughts that I choose to give attention to). Having said that, I do not feel that my thoughts are out of control any more. I definitely have more control and more stability of my moods. I take it at bedtime. I recommend this product.

This product was recommended to me years ago by my naturopath. She recommended it for seasons of life when stress is high...telling me it's VERY safe to increase the dose to more than 1 pill a day. I have found it to be incredibly helpful in helping to get a good night sleep. I have taken it off and on over the years, when I hit seasons where my sleep doesn't come easy. I will take 2 or 3 pills at bedtime, and it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep all night.
