I purchased this geyser back in Nov 2019 and used it for a 2-3 months at my home at Kolkata. It doesn't get that cold here, so usage was minimal.Fast forward to Sep 2020, when I switched on the geyser to see that it's not working. No lights, no sound of water, nothing. Also, there is a leakage. I instantly called up the customer care number since I have 1 year warranty and the customer care lady simply told me to send the geyser to Delhi. Yes you read it right, she asked me to courier the geyser to Delhi since they don't have any service centres anywhere else and neither they have tie ups with 3rd party repair centres. So only solution is to courier the geyser to Delhi !! I was shocked to find out that this is the resolution I got for a product I bought and also under warranty.I then tried other means to fix it by calling Urban Clap repair guy. The guy came and took my geyser for inspection and told me that the inside tank was also damaged and that it was beyond repair.So, now I am stuck with a non working geyser which is under warranty but beyond repair and with minimalistic use. I am pretty sure these guys are selling cheap material stuff to people outside Delhi. The warranty that they provide is worthless since quite obviously you would not go for the trouble of sending a geyser by courier. It would probably cost more than the geyser itself.So, long story short, please refrain from buying this unless you are based in Delhi, because if it is damaged, it's a waste of your money.

Got it on choice of my colleague & here are my observations of the product:👍Pros :**********🔹️3 kilowatt heater for 10 liter capacity is very good for fast heating.🔹️Thermostat cutoff is proper.Red & green light indication is there for operation.🔹️Top & bottom body is ABS plastic so reduced risk of shocks, however middle body is powder coated metal only .Rustproof body.🔹️Has a stainless steel of highest quality ss304 with unibody no weding design which saves on explosion of tank body.🔹️Has 5 star enegy rating with isi certification which is good.🔹️Got for 2600 during sale.👎Cons :**********🔸️Whole body could have been abs plastic.🔸️Should come with an non return valve and two pipes.🤏 Rest features would surely increase the price hence okay.♻️ Do click helpful below , of you find the review helpful.

I purchased two of the same brand. One purchased 5 years back. It smoothly function for 3 years. Thereafter its heating coil become complaint. I purchased a new one of the same brand just 3 months back. But it is also having some complaint.frequently fuse of meter burn while it start functioning.
