I trolled the net to find a portable keyboard that would allow me to use my I Pad on trips to send emails, create excel sheets, sales force review documents and I know it's a tough job for anyone who wants to use an I Pad for work on trips in India as well as while I'm out of the Country.It's a major task for me to lug around a 5 KG trolley bag with all that goes in with a laptop.My earlier order from Amazon was for an exact looking keyboard that was actually a one to one exact copy of i Clever. The price seemed very attractive as well as the delivery, so I ordered it.Once it arrived, it had a flimsy packing, some kind of xerox copy instructions so small that you would need a microscope to see what's written.The worst was to come. I followed the instructions and when I tried to connect it with Fn +iOS and the Fn+Bluetooth, no pairing at all.Then just having it for two days one of the hinges came off!!!I retured it to Amazon and thank Amazon for their excellent way of refund.I looked and found it to match this iClever keyboard as a one to one copy.Called up the seller and asked him if this too is fake, and they clearly told me NO.Once I got the iClever keyboard - there is only one word- WOW!!!!!! It performed exactly as I expected and the tactile feel of the keyboad is simply awesome.This is a keyboard I will keep fr a long time. i Cleaver and other do some hard seiiling of the back light same keyboard, but unless your a DJ or a young person who likes to change the colur of the Keyboard, OK- you can but it at an additional price.Pro's- Everyting works as describedCons- Nothing to complain.Harshad

Is this product water resistant because I'm using it pretty good product but some water droplets have fallen on it so I'm worried now. Please response ASAP!

I was looking a portable keyboard which i could carry in my laptop bag, i found this one with lots of positive reviews. I decided to venture through it despite of being expensive. There are few things about this keyboard:Prose:1. Light weight2. Small, specially when folded, as you can carry in your pocket.3. Connectivity and battery backup seems pretty ok.But there are few things that made it unusable:Cones1. It comes with presettings of first row as number row behaviour, if you need to perform special function such as brightness, vollume up and down etc. you need to press FN key simultaneously, even for pressing escape key, you bneed to press `+FN key in order to get work done.2. Number row double as F1 to F12 keys, but in this keyboard it is not performing at all, i have applied all troubleshooting to get it working, but its F1 - F12 keys are not working in any case. Mean if this is connected to windows you can not use any of the F11 to F12 keys by this keyboard, you need to press these keys from the system, which makes it unusable.3. The sellor, GloblClamp, is highly irresponsive, as i have written about this issue to them, but they have not responded at all, rather my uestion on amazon didn't get any response on this matter. I am wondering if this keyboard has been purchased by thousands of buyers, none of them faced this issue? Or i have been supplied a defective product?4. Sellor says they have imported it from US, but the lable shows it was manufactured in China, if product has been assembled and manufactured in China, why would it go to US if it has been ment to be sold in India?5. Over all this is not so cumfirtable to type as hinges are coming just infront of space bar key to block your smooth typing and because of its small factor size, it will easily break your typing speed irrespective of you being a fast typer.Over all, i will not recommend this keyboard to anyone giving its price and poor customer care response.
