This is one of my favorite spices. I use it on and in almost everything I cook. Burgers, chicken,seafood ,soups and dips. It’s not overly spicy or salty.

Great for Chicken and Turkey
We used it for the Thanksgiving Turkey seasoning and on smoked whole chicken, it was absolutely great! Must for the spice pantry

Heat without an Abundance of Salt
I like this one. Some Cajun spices have far too much salt. This one has good heat but it is not overly salty like some Cajun spices I've tried.
