I use these electrolyte packets with my water bottle for my bike rides. Very humid here in N Fla so it is essential i consume the mixture.

For an electrolyte powder, this is a good flavor and a nice price point. I take packets with me everywhere and add to my water bottle. It doesn't have a much salt as some of the others, which for most people is probably appropriate and fine. Not a lot of sugar so that's a win as well. I've subscribed to this one.

Good taste

I love the ease of the packets to take with me on the go. I think the flavor is too subtle. Compared to other electrolyte drink mixes, there is very little taste.

My son puts this I his water....he really likes it....

I will always have these on hand. I suggest these to all my friends. So much more effective and cheaper then liquid IV.
