This LG is a really heavy duty silent worker.We have been using this machine since the past 4 years and it has worked flawlessly daily like a true work horse!Amazing build quality! There is absolutely nothing that you could ask for that this machine cannot deliver in terms of top notch utensils washing! You might need to have it serviced for the pump motor after 3 years that's all!!! A really useful machine to have in any family home!Most important we have saved about 40,000 liters of water that would have been otherwise wasted by the maid washing our utensils + the huge wastage of cleaning powder also has been ended! A real environment friendly piece of kitchen MUST HAVE!!! This machine is so very good!!!

Always wanted to buy a dishwasher and due Myths I always ignored. Finally made a decision as my Mom always complained about shoulder pain and wife about her hands...,Pro -1. It is super easy to use.2. Dishes are super clean, always shining.3. Use of water is very low compared to hand wash.4. Detergent usage is very low tooo, we wash about 2 times in a day and it takes about 40g or less ( for 30 days we need about 1.5 kilo )**Remember - I spoke about Myth, I was always told that we need many things like salt, rinse aid and detergent. But on one tells you that many things are monthly or weekly.4.a - salt is once a month or may be more ( depends on the handness of water )4.b - rinse aid is needed weekly ( I have used it for a week and the indication is still not on ) my guess it will last for 4 to 6 cycles4.c - detergent is needed for every wash5. Wifi enables to inform the cycle time remaining even being outside ( there is an opportunity here )6. Ladies are very happy with this machine which is a huge plus ( Mum pain has reduced alot and wife has no pain )Opportunity : -1. Wifi is a let down, it does not do anything except providing info. Could have had option to start, pause and stop. But this is not a con.Con : None ( except you have to redo house water supply and outlet, mine had one for washing machine alone. )Important note : Before I bought this, everyone had one compain that power down would start the cycle from beginning. Still bought it keeping this risk. But machine suprised me, it did not start from beginning during power cut, it started from the point it stopped. This is very costly but it worth a lot.. The only concern is we have to arrange plates, dishes, bowls, cooker correctly to the water flow...(just remove non passage items and place it. No need to do any pre-cleaning)This is the only premium dishwasher and it will clean with steam and full hot water pressure with 70 degreesBest way to use:- add dishwasher salt and use dishwasher tablets as well... This sounds a bit costs to maintain but to get perfect results we have to add salt and have to use dishwasher tablet that contains salt, liquid and power gell. Have to clean dishwasher exit filter once in a month it will collect dust.One thing have to remimber is we have to open dishwasher door immediately once cleaning is done.. It will help to escape steam and will not effect our machine.I have checked Bosch, IFB, whirlpool, samsung, Voltas (they are not providing premium dishwasher, they focus on mid range, if we buy mid range the dishes will not get fully cleaned)I faced one issue related to motherboard and it covered in warrantyFinally, we can blindly go for it

I brought lg dishwasher on 21st of Jan 2025 till today 11th of Feb I cannot use it because of leakage problem the service person who came for demo had no proper knowledge till the complaint is not attend, I took a leave from the office was wasted, LG service centre didn't care I was believing in LG products Know I will have to think before buying because in Mumbai city I cannot get proper service LG company should think on it, I was not willing to write but so bad service forced me to write I don't know when my machine will start working very bad didn't accepted from LG.

I am using it from past 3 years now it has Zero Maintenance and wash quality is top notch. Everytime utensils are sparkling clean with complete hygiene. No noise at all even after 3 years of use. Utensils are washed with warm water, steamed and dried 100%. Overall lots of saving of water, soap, maid salary and of course saving of efforts to wash utensils manually.Best dishwasher to buy in market.

serves the purpose. I rarely use aluminium and other material dishes.. so works super fine for me. I put all the small dishes and plates in it, and wash the bigger ones by hand to save space in the dishwasher. reduced my washing time by 40 mins or so.. one wash a day, relief from ankle pain and back pain :)
