The quality of this item including its box is simply bad and unacceptable. Also, the delivered item is different from the item ordered, in respect of price and color. This can be seen in two images. Not expected from a reputed company. Therefore please return and refund the amount.

Product is good and drilling in the wall like putting knife on butter, if they provide a tool kit with this drill machine then it will a very good product for finishing all tasks. Review is only good because the instruction manual is not complete and needs more clarification.
