Do these slide inside the shoe and bunch up at all?

If they are cut out properly, they shouldn't bunch up. They may act like they want to stick and not want to go into the shoe but I found out that was normal for most insoles I bought.

Are these washing machine safe?

No. They cannot be washed in a washing machine. When they wear out, you replace them with a new pair.

Why can i buy them for nine bucks at food city and they're they're charged more here on amazon i thought they'd be cheaper i thought they'd be cheaper
