I’m about to order my 4th or 5th bottle, and I’m only doing that because I believe this has truly helped my pelvic nerve pain (obturator or pudendal nerve issues) that were causing IC-like symptoms. Also taking an herbal tincture that my naturopath concocted in addition to this. Symptoms went from debilitating to highly manageable (and sometimes non-exist!)Did require a few months before I felt like it was working— alongside pelvic PT, naturopathy, and daily stretches (I love Dr. Bri from YouTube!)

Having had interstitial cystitus for many years I have found Peora Poly very helpful in stopping pain in the Urethra and plus I am also getting much better sleeps. I used to get up at night about every 20 minutes to half an hour and now I am getting up about every hour to two and a half hours which is so wonderful for me. I also do not have anymore attacks which stopped me from peeing and the pain was horrible. That would go on for about half an hour or more. Praise the Lord the attacks have stopped. I am also doing pelvic floor exercises which also help. Hope this is able to help someone else with IC.

This stuff actually works! I bought it to use after 6 months of bladder pain and urgency. Used it with a pumpkin seed pill and have felt better for a month! Prior to using I had only felt better on antibiotics for 10 days at the most before symptoms would return.

Not really sure if it does anything but it certainly doesn't hurt, besides my wallet.

Provides 6 hours of relief for me, significantly more than cystomend.

This has been an excellent supplement for chronic UTIs and IC! I highly recommend it. I gave it 4 stars since Amazon is out of it right now so I had to go back to the manufacturer to order it. Their shipping is very slow, so I have to think ahead to order it well before I run out.
