Fits Jeep TJ Black Coated Diamond Plate Full Top Fender Cover with Bend

Great product for what it's intended for which is to cover the rusted fender tops on TJ's. Allows you many more years of good looks before you either replace the fenders or the Jeep. I have very little rust and instead bought them to break up the yellow. I opted for the Herculiner because I wanted the textured look. Not a fan of shiny so I hit it with flat black paint. We'll see how long before the aluminum shows through. When it does I'll redo them. I chose to attach them with sheet metal screws for easy removal if need be. Also going to run some 1/2 wide black flat caulking tape along the front seam to help keep water from being driven between the fender and cover. Had that thought occurred to me sooner I would have run a bead of silicon under the front and outside edges leaving the inside edge unsealed so moisture can escape. In my case due to the added thickness of the cover the rubber grommets weren't usable so don't do like I did and drill holes that you then have to cover. Doesn't matter as the hood rests tightly to the bumpers on it.

Perfect fit. Had to to drill holes for latch but not a big deal to mark from the bottom once the covers were set into place. The old brackets did not want to come off easily after 20 years and the bolts needed to be ground off. May want to have the replacements on hand before you begin. Looks great against the silver paint.

This product and company is legit. Came in 3 days and went on easy. I Used black rivets for a great finish. I would buy them again and will by other products from them if I can.

A good option for covering typical fender rust on wranglers if you dont want the hassle of buying new ones or completely refurbishing the rusted out areas. Also adds a nice black accent on the body. Installed fairly easy and fit pretty well on my 04 wrangler rubicon. Came with about 16 black rivets, i used 6 on each side. You will have to drill holes for the hood clamp, i also drilled holes for the rubber piece the hood rests on but you could just leave those off if you didnt want the extra hassle. I also had to loosen the plastic fender so the bend could contour the metal. A few things I did not like, the bedliner seems kind of soft and i am worried it might scrape off over time, or perhaps even during high pressure washing (only time will tell) also they did a messy job applying the bedliner, the top was coated well, but there is a bunch on the bottom it would have been nice if they cleaned it off. Also in my opinion slightly over priced, but overall as long as the bedliner stays in tact i am satisfied.

I just finished installing these fender tops on my 2003 Wrangler. They are well made and fit just fine. The bolts for the hood latch were rusted on so I cut out the top to fit, no problem. I also applied 3 coats of bed liner to the Jeep fender and the top. This makes a much better water tight seal. I did this to my other body armor parts and it makes a much tighter fit. I did not want a diamond plate look because the rest of my jeep armor is smooth steel and the bed liner on the top covers it quite nicely. The provided pop rivets work just fine. Great product!

Looks better than 2 rusty fenders! Just used a wire brush on the rust and treated with rust reformer before drilling a few holes for the hood latches and pop riveted into the fender. Good product to keep my RV toad looking fresh.
