I have been using this product for more than a year now. Though the contents remain consistent, of late, I see there are small stones that are seen. This quality issue should be addressed.

Taste is really good, it's my 3rd purchase, very nutritious option for daily use.

Quality is low as I have used seeds from True elements and they charge 1rs/gm. So this is good at this price but not best. U cannot eat it simply As taste is not up to mark. U have to put it in smoothie or sumother stuff.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this, and the quality is fantastic. The seed mix is good and they taste wonderful. I am completely satisfied with the product.They are also fairly good value for money - just slightly on the higher side, but not too expensive.

It is a healthy snack.Fitness freaks can always opt is as snacks.Taste of the seeds is not good when taken together.New dishes need to be dicovered to enhance the taste of these seeds.Sesame and flax seeds worsen the taste of the mix .

The product has foul smelln taste is disgusting. Also ratio of watermelon n muskmelon seeds is less. Will suggest not to buy the product.
