Wonderful pan
I love this pan and can't wait to buy more. I specifically chose this one because most of the other baking pans have rounded corners and are sloped inward at a steeper angle so giving something that's going to be rectangular just an awkward shape. I didn't want something like that and this is pretty much the only pans that I could find that didn't do that. There are a few other brands but not anything that I've ever heard of.These are some really good quality pans. They're nice and hefty they feel good with the weight, they have even cooking . When I used it the first time I was making a banana cake and I cut some parchment to size and then folded it crisp along the walls of the pan and then would fold another piece going the opposite direction and it worked out beautifully. I could lift the entire cake out of the pan with no problem and it's still clean. Everything baked perfect and it has nice sharp edges.. One thing that every pan basically has the issue with though is the heating on the edges so next time I'll be using my cake strips around the perimeter of the pan to slow down the heat and cooling so the edges don't cook too fast and become crispy because that's what causes cakes and things to dome is the edge is hardening too fast before it has a chance to fully rise and cake strips help with that immensely. I've used them on my round pans but I haven't had the opportunity to try them on a rectangle pan so we'll update the review once I try that but it's a beautiful pan. It's got some good solid weight to it it's got nice crisp clean corners, doesn't leak at least not the one I have. It's non-stick and it's made in the US for people who are partial for that so happy baking

Food cooks better and less mess. USA made. Great product
I am new to these pans but love them so much. I bake a lot of banana bread. When I recently bought this brand of bread pans, two things stood out to me. First, my bread did not overcook on the bottom!! Second, after bread removed from the pan, the pan looked almost clean. It cleans so easily, and my old bread pans were hard to clean. That was a game changer for me. The First pan we bought from this company was for lasagna. We noticed some peeling away of the lining after a few uses. My husband contacted the company (with photos) and they sent us a brand new pan. I dont think you can go wrong, and USA made!

USA PANS ARE THE BEST!
I found these USA pans from Tessa Arrias of HANDLE THE HEAT. . She is so right on, you never do anything to the pan before using. Just put the item in any of them and they will pop out the pans, cookie sheets any type of pan.Watch out for the cookie, haha they slide right of the sheet. I pick them off myself. Nothing left on the sheet. Just wipe off and put away. No cleaning, jjust light wash. DO NOT PUT THEM IN DISHWASHERS..Love, love them. Thanks to Tessa, now I bake more!!!

Best Baking Pan
Excellent for making brownies!I purchased this for my wife for Mother's day and she really loves to bake with it.I love that it is heavy and seems well-made.The only con is that it is not recommended to wash in the dishwasher due to it's non-stick coating. Also, be mindful to use silicone only when cutting slices out of it to avoid damaging it.

Made in USA
Made in USA, which is why I paid 3 x’s more than other 8x8 pans sold here. It’s a nice pan, it has some weight to it, not thin and flimsy.I baked brownies in it, and they were fine. I line pans with parchment paper so not concerned with nonstick capabilities.FYI, manufacture says don’t use metal utensils on it if that’s a concern.

Disappointing in the . . . . . short run
Bought this pan for making Detroit style Pizza in May of this year and have been very pleased with its performance. . . . . .until now, a mere 4 months into its use. Looking at the included picture, you can see that the cladding that they use has started to come away from the pan surface, exposing the steel beneath. We have cared for the pan as directed and have washed it both by hand and in the dishwasher but was disappointed to see this material failure.Am hoping the company will stand behind its limited lifetime warranty but will have to see what they say about this damage. Really want to support this product as at first it performed so well. Will update this review once I have a reply from USA Pan.UPDATE: USA Pan honored it's warranty and replaced the pan with a new one, adding the following recommendation for use:Use a silicone liner for acidic foods, wash by hand, not in the dishwasher. Clean as soon as practical after use.Really pleased with the companies response.Buy with confidence.
