the comfort
I bought these to replace ones that I bought a few years ago, they really help whwn I wear them in my slippers, however they do not fit in my shoes, which is rather unfortinate as really I need the support all the time.

Waste of money!
What an absolute waste of money, not only is this product not fit for purpose, but to add insult to injury they’re non refundable…what a rip off! They are too small and move around in your shoe, they’re also extremely uncomfortable. The designers at Scholl must of been on hallucinogenics when he designed this unfit for purpose product ! Very disappointing to say the least!

Comfy and they are supposed to be short
Really comfy and so far helping with my fallen arches when walking. Ignore all the foolish reviews about them being too short, they are supposed to be. If they actually read the details it says that they should sit at the base of the toes. It does feel strange to begin with but after a bit you forget about it. Need to try them on a long hike but general walking I've not had any pain

Aching feet
Certainly eased the pain. I think a full size would probably have been better.

They are tiny but don't panic it's correct
Ordered size 7-8 adult size and it arrived in polish so I translated it. It says as you would expect and medium for size 40-42, for arch support etc. The size of the item is very small but it does seem to be correct. I tried them in my shoes after initially panicking and requesting a refund but they are fine. For arch support I expected a lot more than a flat bit or foam so that is disappointing I have high arches and pain on the side of my feet so it doesn't do anything for me other than add a tiny bit of comfort. Better than nothing.

Size issue?
These do provide some support but the overriding issue is the size. At first, I thought I had been sent the wrong size, but both the packaging and the insoles themselves are clearly marked Large, so are deemed suitable for sizes up to EU 45 (UK 10.5) - I am a size 9. But the insoles are much shorter so do not fill the internal length of the shoe. If the heel of the insole is at the back of the shoes, there are a few empty inches at the front under my toes. A consequence of this is that the insoles move, particularly when putting shoes on or taking them off. And I am never sure that they are in the best place to give the right support when I am on my feet. I won’t be buying this type again.

Ridiculously Small
Far too small - bonkers as your foot just hangs over the edge of them, and if worn would just increase the agony of plantar facitis - they are going back pronto. Also came in a ripped box, so obviously other people have tried them and returned them! Now I find its been a total rip off and there doesn't seem to be anyway of returning them - what a con.
