These Nori sheets are very good value for money, much cheaper than the small packs you can find in regular supermarkets. They are good quality, we use them to make maki rolls and other sushi-type nibbles, as well as shredded over miso soup and salads. They are good enough to hold and not tear when making rolls if you use them properly. Big pack, enough to last for a long while. They also remain crisp for a long time once the pack is open.

Perfect for what I needed, have been using for my youngest's lunch. There are so many, no need to buy the expensive 5 sheet packs from shops. Bag is resealable, so easy to store.

Delicious nori sheets. In perfect condition. Bought on 10 August 2023 for £9.50. It’s now 7 September 2023 and it’s on “sale” for £13.99. Can’t understand the massive price hike in such a short period of time so won’t be buying them again unless price reduces. What a shame.

I make sushi at home and usually buy small packs of nori but this one will last a lot longer with 50 sheets. Its is good quality and tastes great. It is kept fresh and air tight by the sealable bag, I have had mine for about two months and it is still fresh. As I have so much I also use in things like soup to add more umami flavour. A great product.

Absolutely lush with sesame seeds and soy for a salad, superb in miso soup. Will definitely be back for another bag when this has finished. Goes a long way too!

I like to make futomaki every week and test-drive different brands of nori each time I run out of a pack. Tried this one, as the standard of quality appeared high and sourcing seemed cleaner than many other options out there.The aroma is fresh and not fishy at all and the taste is very pleasant. I took off one star because the sheets are quite a bit thinner than expected and kept tearing as i patted the rice across them. I did overstuff one roll (to use up the last of everything at the end) and expected that one to burst apart through no fault of its own; but the others had polite amounts of ingredients and there were fraying ends and some tears from cooled, room-temp and not hot rice.The taste is very good, but I'm not likely to use this product for futomaki anymore, and I'm a skeptic on hand rolls with these. Just too many ingredients, even in modest amounts, that challenge the strength of these thin sheets. But I'll use these in other ways and enjoy the lovely taste.

This is pure restaurant quality nori. It tastes perfect and smells amazing. It doesn't have any "fishiness" that some of the cheap noris have. It is quite thin, which is perfect for my uses and pallet. In ramen it softens and breaks apart quite easily, adding a nice umami and depth of flavor. It is a little thin if you are looking to use it for sushi hand rolls, but should hold up well enough for standard rolls.Overall, the flavor, umami, and freshness are exactly what I wanted for ramen and soups. There's a lot here, but I'll gladly buy it again when I run low.
