I prefer the Rite Aid brand Children's Pain Relief chewable tablets over any other brand. Has a pleasant bubble gum taste, and works quickly to reduce fever and pain.

I don’t know what took me so long to try these but they are heaven sent. My daughter will have a panic attack trying to take medicine because she knows it’ll make her gag. I’ve tried every flavor of medicine but she has thrown up every single one. This year she got the flu and it was either take medicine at home or she had to be admitted for IV meds to bring down the fever. I researched kids medicine here for a new flavor and instead I found these. She chewed them easily and said “Mmmmmm!!!”. She kept asking when her next dose was. Her fever started to break in 30 minutes and she was up and running around before an hour was up. I bought every kind of fever-reducing medicine in chewable form immediately to stock up.

Should have more tablets for the price...but they work just as a Tylenol children's tablet would

My kids give me a lot of trouble when it comes to taking medication that has a specific taste to it, most notably the syrups. These are a great alternative and are sometimes a little bit difficult to find in store, but it definitely does hit the spot when trying to get them to take their medication in a little bit more quicker fashion. I didn't even know rite aid existed on Amazon and I'm glad that they are.
