This cast iron press is a great addition to my kitchen. It has a nice weight to it, which helps press evenly when cooking burgers, bacon, or grilled sandwiches. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and it feels sturdy and well-made. I like that it helps food cook more evenly and even cuts down on splatter. Cleanup is pretty simple too, especially if you season it like other cast iron cookware. Overall, it’s a solid, practical tool that makes cooking a little easier and more efficient.

Product appears to be "nonstick", but with the weight and feal of cast iron. I forgot to put parchment paper between the meat ball and the press (like all the videos show) and the meat did not stick to the press at all. Works great.

Made about 16 smashed burger patties with burger press in one go. The patties did not stick too much, the handle did not get hot, and it felt sturdy enough to do the job. My only one complaint is that I wish it was a little heavier. All in all, a decent burger press

I didn't realize what I was missing until I got this. I've been failing at making smash burgers for a long time, so I finally got this after I bought my first grill griddle insert. WOW. This has elevated the smash burger game. You don't need to keep it on the patty, just simply take your beef ball, place it on a hot surface, and press down thin. Once you see the beef come out the sides, you know you're good. Hold for a few seconds and BAM, smash burger. I am genuinely much happier and confident now with my burgers than I was with the traditional hand forming and flipping, hoping they didn't puff or ball up, or not cook right. Awesome item, quality cast-iron, very little stick. Highly recommend.

It's a quality press. the weight is good, it's big enough but not too big, and it's build/molded solidly. Use a piece of parchment paper when smashing burgers to help avoid the meet sticking to the press.
