IKINOKURA YUZU SHIO SALT/MADE IN JAPAN CITRUS SEA SALT - 2.82 OZ | 壱岐の天然塩にふわっとゆずが香る

This sea salt actually has great yuzu aroma and taste. Not lemon, YUZU. I've had way too many products that advertise yuzu taste, but in the end it was just some vague citrusy/lemon flavor. Not this salt though. Goes great on fish and beef.

so yummy I'm gonna need another soon. I tried to buy one for a friend who also loves it but it was not available. I'll keep trying.

Delivered the kick I wanted. Added citrus and shio to salads, stir fry, and it made the dish wonderful.

I bought this because Chef Eric Rupert recommended it in his new cookbook "Vegetable Simple". It adds a bright citrus flavor to veg, chicken and fish that is really like. This is a finishing salt to sprinkle on a finished dish, not one I would use in cooking. Chef Eric said to use it on popcorn...but I didn't care for that one!!

I didn't get to even try it because the jar arrived open. There was no sticker sealing the lid to the jar, and moisture had clearly entered the jar because the salt had clumped together. This item isn't eligible for return, so I just blew $15.
