Some of the product description calls it a charger. It is not a charger, it is a power adapter. Or power supply. You plug it into your car cigarette port and the other end into your CPAP machine and that’s it, no battery required.Another review said the cigarette plug fits a little loose, but I don’t have any issues. Fits snug to me.Perfect, I would give it 10 stars if I could.If someone wants to nitpick, they could say the cigarette adapter end could use a little red power indicator. The cables are directly attached. Someone could say that the cables should be replaceable. Which might make it compatible with other Resmed models. But those are nitpicks and would make it more expensive. So I think it’s fine as is.The connections fit fine to me. It powers my machine fine. It is very compact for easy packing. And quite inexpensive. 10 stars.

This is an update I bought this about a year ago and thought it was probably extremely cheap and wouldn't last but it has lasted and works super well extremely good bargain for the price paid. Very happy with my purchase.

Worked great and ran my resmed all night

This transformer efficiently converts DC 12v to 24v so you can use your compatible CPAP machine in off-grid camping or in an RV without shore power or a generator. I used it with a Jackery Explorer 600 power bank. Overnight it only used 76 watt hours, for about 7 hours of AirSense 10 use (with the humidifier and tube heat turned off.)Using a capable battery and plugging into the DC 12v port is MUCH more efficient than using an inverter to deliver 120v AC.This transformer is a little gem of efficiency and utility. Now I don’t have to worry about running out of powerless to run my CPAP when camping.

Works great for the clap machine

It's a real big difference using this vs a power inverter. My inverter alarm was going off at about 5:00 am every morning.What a pain in the ass this was. Only used 1 night so far. Slept in till around 9:00 am and my batteries were at 11.8 volts before my wife started the generator. Wish I would have bought this long ago.

I love to go camping and long car rides and this works for me. After Cancer my life is hell!!! I was a person who fished camped hiked and spent a lot of time out doors. Now I am rebinding me life the best I can and sleep app is just life now. I use this with a BLUETTI Portable Power Station EB55. It has 537Wh LiFePO4 Battery so it works good. Now as we know all cpap equment is different so I use ResMed AirSense 10. It is 24V so most stuff is 12V. This item steps up the power to 24V so can work good. Now if I turn off heat tube and Heated Humidifier it uses very little power fo me like 5-3 watts so my power station works well for me. Now that said if us all stuff like heat and Heated Humidifier it ramps up power use to 40 to 50 watts so 1 night use then my power station is allmost dead. I have solar to recharge it but like I say if camping it may not always be sunny. So all that said this cord is good and works greate for me and will work for you too.

Worked even on a 12v 18w max battery pack all night as long with all the features turned off. Average pull was 10w with light tube heat.
