This item is miraculous. With some scrubbing effort - no bubbles - this thing erased weird ring stains from my toilet that nothing else would budge. I was skeptical but decided to try it as i had already wasted so much money on all sorts of cleaners and tools. I was amazed and give it my highest rating.

I've had a hard water ring in my toilet bowl for a long time. I've scrubbed it every way and with everything I've known to work before. I finally gave up. When I saw this product on Amazon, I figured it couldn't hurt to try once more, right?I'm glad I did. This pumice took that ring off immediately. Plus it worked well on getting the whole bowl beautifully clean as well. So for the wonderful job it did on my fixture, I highly recommend this product.I gave it 4 stars because it left pumice "sand" everywhere. I had to cut the plastic cover from it and the nature of the pumice itself caused it to shed easily. What a mess! But lesson learned, I found a plastic container to keep it in between uses so it's keeping the shedding to a minimum. It's a very soft pumice stone...be warned. But it does work great! I do recommend that you either get one with a handle or wear rubber gloves when using this kind of pumice stone.

I have tried a multitude of things to keep hard water rings from building up in my toilets. Pretty much every "chemical" product out there did nothing. I've used extra fine sand paper and steel wool as well as the edge of a sharp knife. While some of those actions worked, they were tedious and had a tendency to leave scratches in the bowl unless I was very careful.I had read about these little pumice stones but was reluctant to buy then just because I didn't think they would work any better than what I had at home. I'm here today to tell you I was wrong!! These little things are amazing. They tackled the build up quickly and simply and left the toilet clean and smooth. I was amazed at how much time they saved me compared to my other efforts and all without putting a single chemical into the environment except for maybe the little debris that resulted from the stone wearing down.They do wear down fairly quickly. In the pictures you can see how much is gone after cleaning two toilets but, one toilet was significantly more impacted by buildup than the one I took pictures of. Nonetheless, I only paid like $4 for both of these so the cost is negligible. I've read that the natural stones hold up better than the man-made ones and according to the product description, these are natural but either way, they worked like a charm and I will be using these regularly as a part of my cleaning routine from now on!!

I wish I had learned about this product sooner and wish I had taken before and after photos. We have exttemely hard water and our toilets always look dirty because of the build up. With a little elbow grease, this took off years of built up scaling. It came off in chunks and did no damage to the bowl. I'm no longer embarassed when visitors need the toilet!

These work but are much softer than another brand I bought and tend to break apart quickly while cleaning. I used them for removing calcium on pool tile and in the toilet bowl.

Works great! Long handle is perfect!
