Unstoppably Unstuckable
I purchased these for my nieces (or "Niecelings" as I refer to them :)) They are almost 11 and though they are identical twins their personalities are becoming markedly different as they develop their own unique interests and styles. One thing they concur on is that these stunt cars are "Bussin" (AKA "Wicked Awesome" in my generational slang - East Coast - Gen X). I was in awe of how quickly, and "twitchy" they move and it is near impossible to get them stuck. The cars we had as kids would get stuck all the time (due to limited range of motion, control and mechanics obviously) These things hit a wall and can flip right over and reorient themselves with the rotating axes climbing the wall and letting Newtonian physics do the rest and seem to be quite resilient. They can climb up fairly steep inclines (at speed) and have superior traction. You can basically build a model Skate Park setup and do all sorts of tricks and flips and spins off of curved ramps and jumps. Essentially these cars can be best described as a 4 Wheeled, Remote Control, Stunt Car that has been imbued with the spirit and capabilities of Tony Hawk's distilled essence....Now begins my search for a larger version imbued with the essences of Megatron, Voltron, and Mrs. Edna Garrett (Facts of Life), an

AMAZING and SO FUN!
This is a high energy and easy to work car! There are so many options as it moves with only 2 simple thumb controls. With the way the tires move, it does not get stuck like many toys do. Forwards, backwards, spinning, flipping. Everyone who plays with it loves it!

Fun Car- terrible battery- awesome company
This is a cool little toy for my 7 and 2-year-old children. The issue is the battery life is about 10-15 minutes which is not to bad, however, you have to grab a small screwdriver to open the battery port. Then they have a pain in the butt charging system that takes forever to charge. Overall, I think I would rather spend a little extra to not deal with the hassle of the battery situation. If that wouldn't bother you than the remote control car is awesome and can keep the children entertained for about seven minutes on average.Edit: I was contacted by the company and they are committed to making their product better. They asked how they can make it better, and gave me a full return. I can truly appreciate a company that stands by their products.

Battery replacement issues ruin a great toy
As a remote control car, this is great. The remote takes a bit of getting used to, since each stick controls one side of the car. But learning the controls is part of the challenge. The car is very maneuverable and tough. For such a small, cheap toy, the engineering is impressive, except . . .The most important thing to engineer well was the battery replacement. It should be quick and easy for children to manage. Certainly kids 7+ should be able to charge and change the batteries in this. Unfortunately the plastic door the covers the batteries is very loose and must be screwed down with an included screw. That makes it much harder for kids to change. Once the compartment is open, it is awkward to get the battery pack and the cords and connectors into the compartment so that you can get the lid down. It's truly sad that the car is such a cool feat of engineering as far as the driving goes, but fails badly on simple battery replacement. Worse, there is no approved replacement battery that you can buy so that you can swap in a good one when one is dead. Fix the battery issue and you'd have a great toy.
