I purchased this a year and a half ago and it has served us very well. I had a rib problem when I ordered this and I wore it constantly for weeks. It really helped me. It gave me support and that helped ease the pain. It probably aided in the healing as well.My husband who has back problems that only worsen over the years. Uses it now each time he goes outside to walk around. He also has a similar item with the vertical supports in it for sitting. He finds the all elastic rib support to be what he needs outside puttering about a little.I am going to order another one. Today we both wanted to wear it at the same time. They wash up really well. I use cold water and don't put it in the dryer. A good wash revitalizes it,usually. It is starting to look a bit tired. I will see if washing restores it again. If not, it has done its job. We are very satisfied with the support and comfort it has given us.

Needed a 6" wide elastic belt to construct a double ostomy support belt for my husband. I cut this belt & inserted a fabricated front piece, sewing the 2 pieces on the ends of the fabricated piece. It works, fits him well, and he wears it all day every day and says it is super comfortable. The belt is strong, and cooler (in our AZ heat) than the usual plain elastic. This isn't the intended use for this belt, but it works so well, I bought another to make a second set.
