I bought a red and black and a blue and black for my son and I. We love them so far. One of his front arms broke the first time we ran it, but there are lots of parts available through Amazon even. I got the new front arms in the mail and had it installed in about 10 minutes. Very easy to fix. We use the tracks is 2200 to sell Lightbow in these. Totally fun

Hello,We have a serious issue with our recent purchase. We ordered two cars as gifts for our children, but one of them has had repeated problems. After only three uses, the motor burned out. To avoid disappointing the kids, we ordered a replacement motor at our own expense, but after only two more uses, this motor also burned out.We want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, as it has been incredibly frustrating for the children and upsetting for us to have to keep dealing with this. We are extremely dissatisfied with this product and hope you will take prompt action to address this problem.

ESC went out, Traxxas replaced along with motor because it went also right away. Good for them. Replacing axles and A-arms alot. Pretty fast for the little guy and bounces around pretty good. Durable to a point of course cause plastic does break. He likes it and I work on it a lot. ;o)

The car Is fast and battery life is great. Also if something breaks you can get parts. This is a great 1st Traxxas car..

The media could not be loaded. Don’t waste your money. Had to replace this truck twice in less than a month. First truck both the front and rear differential grenaded after the first day. My second one the motor seized up and started smoking just after 15 mins of it’s first time on the track. I have no issues working on RC trucks but I do expect to get more that one battery use before I have to start wrenching on them and replacing parts. This truck is absolute garbage.

For the price, it's a great, little, ready-to-run RC. However, the suspension components are very weak. The type of plastic it's made from, is not well suited to take the regular use and abuse you would expect to put an RC through. Within 2 minutes of operating this truck, the front suspension arm was broken, when my son drove it into the fence at a moderate speed. Needless to say, my son was pretty disappointed.I've been driving and building RC cars for 30 years. I'm well aware, and prepared, for the fact that these things break and need replacement parts.....especially when run into things. I like Traxxas products, and I think for the most part, they make great RC vehicles. However, I expect the durability of a beginner level RC truck to be better. After all, a beginner is going to run it into things as they learn. Traxxas should either make the arms solid, or from a more durable plastic, or both. After I receive the replacement arms, I plan to fill the open/braced sections with epoxy to beef them upOtherwise, it seems like a good beginner RC truck. Just expect to either be buying replacements parts, or upgrading to aftermarket parts.
