Great Car!
Bought this for my grandson. Two speeds and works great. Handled Well on snowy streets in Ohio. Takes over 4 hours to fully charge, but worth the wait.

Great starter RC car
Bought this for 6 yr old who really wanted a fast RC car. It was recommended on Reddit r/rccars and it turned out to be a great starter RC car. Most of the time, I leave it in "training" mode which limits it to half speed. Once he got the hang of it, when we go out to the local RC park, we put it into "full speed" mode.So far he's abused it pretty well as any 6 yr old would, including taking it "off road" onto dense sand and hills, which is not recommended according to the instructions.... and I have to say it's held up with little to no issue and nothing broken yet. I'm quite satisfied for the price. My only real gripe is it feels top heavy, and is easier to flip than other RC cars.PROS:- low cost- parts and upgrades easily available- 20-30 min play timeCONS:- slow charging (4 hours)- odd weight distribution / top heavy

Fun Starter hobby grade car
This is really fun for the price l, great beginner car. This is an eye so you will need a much better charger than what it comes with and a tool set to start working on it. Parts do break I've broken two parts already but to be honest that was my fault. Luckily you can buy the parts thanks to Traxxas support l or Traxxas support may even send you one if you break it. Overall fun car just be ready to fix things as it's a hobby grade RC car.

I heard it basically breaks after first run. Get a good Traxxas like the Rustler 4x4
I heard it basically breaks after first run. Get a good Traxxas like the Rustler 4x4. That's what I did. Do your research.

Really great starter rc car
This car is awesome!! Be prepared to fix it constantly though. I break something pretty much every time I take it out. But hey that means you were really rippin! Luckily the parts have been readily available and I've even found cool aftermarket aluminum upgrades. Right off the bat I would recommend the aluminum shocks (stock ones are a bit ehh) and control arms I think they are called (you will run through the plastic ones on the regular). If you want some really awesome speed out of it's without any electronics upgrades then swapping out the pinion and spur gear, I think it's 54/14 not 100% sure. Sounds like a lot of work off of the get go but you learn a bunch about the car and makes you more confident diagnosing/repairing issues. Highly recommend this fits in my packpack great for on the go. That's it I'm done.
