Underrated
I love Plantronics so this may be biased. I had their gaming headphones which lasted forever. Then I was gifted a pair of their sport in-ear headphones (Backbeat, the ones that were connected to each other in the back but wireless otherwise). Those are still working several years later but are difficult to clean and occasionally one side will go out. I tried AirPods and they kept falling out and I have just accepted I don’t really like having the in-ear headphones anyway. I tried my BOSE comfort quiet 2’s which are now a few years old and then I read they shouldn’t be used for working out. I decided I wanted a good, inexpensive, around the ear set. I was thrilled to find these. Delivery was fast. I ran 2.5 miles with them on yesterday and they stayed on. I agree with others that the sound quality is not ideal once you have experienced high end audio devices. HOWEVER, I think the only thing that could improve this unit is good quality noise cancelling which would help with audio. They are rugged, sweat proof, and loud enough. Will you turn them on and make the wold fade away so you can crush your workouts? Not really. They are good enough and I know from having Plantronics products they will last forever. Good Bluetooth connectivity on iPhone 13 Pro. Good responsiveness on touch controllers on the right side. Fit is light, comfortable, and stable. Wipe it down after your workout with a towel to keep them clean. It looks like you can replace the ear cups if needed. If they keep making them, I’ll buy them again when this pair quits.

Does the job
***Update:Over two years of use and still going strong through sweaty, rigorous workouts. Battery life is insane, I only need to charge them maybe once every few MONTHS. No joke. Because they're over the ear obviously noise cancelling isn't really a thing but it doesn't bother me. Sound is still perfect. And I'm so glad I got these!***I don’t like ear buds. They fall out when I’m working out. I’ve been searching for gym proof headphones and these caught my eye. I hesitated. But finally caved and am so glad I did. Yes, they don’t have the best sound in the world. Nor do they have much noise cancellation. HOWEVER, at the end of the day, I just needed a pair that would endure my hardcore workouts, drenching sweat, and play my favorite music. That’s why I love these. And at that price point I’m thrilled. I eye balled the more expensive Project Rock headphones but they just seemed more hype than quality. These don’t play, they WORK. I can do my HIIT, weight training, cardio, and yoga.. with comfortable ears and a decent sound. I’m not afraid of sweat and wanted over the ear headphones and these seriously are perfect. I can’t rave enough. Yes it also has a sound limit, and if your directly under a gym speaker your gonna hear it in the background. Most over the ear headphones are like that. Again, it’s about having a pair of headphones that WORK. Save your hundreds of dollars and just buy these… thank me later.

Great headphones that are tough, water/sweat resistant and comfortable for extended wear..
I bought these after researching over the ear headphones that I could use during resistance training, as well as working outside, in the yard, washing the car, etc.. I have other Bluetooth headphones, the Sony WH 1000-MX4s for travel and commuting, but they aren’t moisture resistant and are also too expensive for me to beat up on around at the gym or while doing yard work. Given my intended purpose, ultimate fidelity, state of the art high resolution and most up to date connectivity isn’t a priority for these. I just want to be able to rock out while I work out or in the yard. Active Noise Cancellation wasn’t a priority either so these seemed to be a quality option at a really good price. And that is certainly what they are.I have no issues connecting and staying connected to my single device iPhone. The sound quality is actually very good. I have no complaints at all. Bass is solid, treble is clear and balanced without being shrill or bright. Voices are accurately portrayed and appropriately placed in the headspace image. Soundstage is not overly large, which is how I prefer my headphones. They block out environmental noise well, but can’t comment on commuter, city or airplane drone. They are also very comfortable, sitting nicely and softly around the ear with nothing rubbing or irritating the external ear or at the headband. I would like a bit more clamping force personally for the gym as they do slide around some with exercise but I have a narrow, shaved head which might have something to do with it.Telephone calls provide clear speech from the mic as well as in the ear cups. The max volume, like many models, probably isn’t as loud as some may like, but that’s probably best for the ears and the battery. I do listen loudly and could certainly tolerate max volumes, but keep.it at 75-85 % most of the time.I haven’t had them long enough to comment on battery life, so perhaps I’ll revisit this review at some point in the future. All in all, at the sixty dollar price point that I paid, I don’t think you can be disappointed in what these cans offer. Solid build quality, great sound quality, exceptional comfort, adequate noise blocking, water/sweat resistance all at a phenomenal price point is a win on all fronts. Competing models were no less than twice as much and some four or more times the price of these. It was a no brainer for me and if you need the same feature set, I can’t recommend them highly enough, nor they can they be matched for the price I believe.
