Pure Original Ingredients Trimethylglycine (1lb) TMG Powder, Vegan, Gluten-Free

Just purchased this product. It was priced fairly. I expected a gritty texture and an aftertaste. There were none. It mixes well in water and goes down easily with a barely detestable taste. I highly recommend.

It appears perfectly O.K. but one only knows after a longer term usage. So far so good. The shipment was fast and uncomplicated despite the border crossing. Unfortunately there was a minor leak in the package. Hence the actual packaging should be more robust. All in all, quite good. I will buy again.

It comes in a one pound, zip locked, brown paper bag. The price is reasonable for the volume. There are no directions on the bag and that is why I only gave it 4 stars. I found directions on an amount to take on line. This is a flavorless, quick dissolving, fine grain powder. I put 1/2 tsp into my first cup of coffee (black) in the morning. I also take a capsule of L-Theanine at the time and soon followed by a sub-lingual B12 before I eat whatever I start my day with. Who knows if any supplements actually work. I read what they are suppose to do and hope that it does. Without taking a specific blood test before beginning a supplement and taking one after a regiment - how can you tell. As long as I can afford it and it does not make me feel worst, I hope for the best.

I put it in my morning coffee. Dissolve great. Very slight sweet taste.

Nasty fishy smell, the lettering on the package looks like it got wet and they don’t accept exchanges or returns. Certainly doesn’t smell or taste pure 🤢🤮👎🏻

I put half teaspoon in my coffee every morning. Easy to take because there’s no flavor change. But it appears it improves mood or gives more energy? Value for money is great, this bag will last me a while.

Bought this to help with weightlifting. Has a similar effect to creatine (but they don't stack so just pick one). Doesn't really have a taste. Mixes fairly easily in the common liquids.Combining this with Beta Alanine gives me an extra rep or two in workouts. I usually take the combo with a meal. They can both be taken any time, doesn't have to be pre-workout. They build up in the system.The bag I bought should last quite a while. I'll probably buy another when I run out.
