Works very well for our home sliding gate. Our gate is 8 ft tall & about 600 lbs. I do suggest finding a professional to install it.

Limit switch kept slipping after a few weeks and have to readjust despite locking it in place causing gate to slam into pole and cause the alarm to go off. Power for gate surge kept going out every now and then while gate was moving and stopped halfway. So I had to reset power and turn back on for it to work. Really annoying and inconvenient.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing product! I would by again if I have too.

Indeed, the service by seller to fulfill order was quick. Packaging was more than adequate to protect this gate opener. It was delivered at the turn of the year. Installation was fairly easy however, completion was delayed due to safety precautions to ensure that opener is clear from the driving area of my 16 feet wide driveway to garage door. I decided to buy an additional 10 feet long chain even though all that I needed was three feet to extend what was part of the package.A One (1) or Zero pertaining to support from customer service of manufacturer! The issue was with the Retro-Reflective Sensor. There were three technicians whom I hired to install this Eagle gate all had some sort of difficulty to get the opener function or work properly. Eventually, they got the opener to work except the Retro-Reflective Sensor. After contact with Eagle company's technical support through Customer Service and Technicians (of Eagle) were less than helpful. In a number of telephone conversations the technician demanded to have an Eagle certified technician to get hold of them and to communicate with. I had a problem with that since the only business in San Diego charges $179.00 just to do troubleshooting.In August 2023, the technician of Eagle decided to request for copies of my order for the Eagle gate opener along with that are numbers in the packaging boxes, my mode of payment, picture of the gate opener and sensor, etc... A replacement was to be sent to me once all documentation was received by them. On August 23, 2023 I emailed to the company all that I had as requested. Having not received any response I repeated the same thing on September 19, 2023. A month later I am yet to receive a response or reply so today, October 19, 2023 I sent by resending a follow-up email to the same email address in orJune 6, 2024: Eagle customer service and technical support never contacted me to have a repair done or a replacement for the malfunctions/lack of performance of sensor. To this day, the sensor does not work at all. Phone calls and email messages to Eagle were useless to resolve issue because there was none from Eagle!

Shipped with 20’ of chain , advertised as up to 27’ gate openings, I pulled a tooth from distributor to send the chain to make it work
