lOVE this tea!!! It is the best detox ever! It works for me within 7-12hrs therefore I take it at night before bed and have a releasing before work! It only cause me cramps when I e eaten to bad and it is breaking down the food to digest . The taste is not all that but that’s good, if I wanted flavored tea I’d drink Lipton. I want working tea. Lol Plus when I try to mix it with honey or something I didn’t find it to work as well. So it doesn’t need any help lol And the releasing process will continue for about an hour, until you smell the tea coming out, then your at the end. And you can feel it coming thru your colon to your butt! I love it and I only drink it twice a week esp after I e eaten poorly. I take miralax daily to help with soothing. But I love this tea! I’ve never tried to take it everyday and I use 2 bags in a 8-10oz mug. Warm the water on 4min and drop the bags in.

Make the tea light if you’re beginning to use. IT WORKS!! You may be able to use the same tea bag more than one-two times depending on how strong you want it.

This tea really works and will send you to the restroom in no time. Just drink plenty of water. It's a good way to lose weight and get a good cleansing at the same time.

I’m very pleased with this product, I don’t really use for weight loss,I’m a senior, I just use half cup for regularity,because when you eat should have everyday,anyway it’s great 😊
