Waste of money
This book only contains American brands and foods which is completely useless in the UK. A UK version would be great

Waste of money
First of all this book is American with American products, second you can figure out the counts of just by checking the packaging of ready made food. I bought this book as I thought it would be useful when low-carb dieting as it was recommended in Rose Elliott's low carb vegetarian quite misleading from a British author (her book is quite good).
