Great as party decor.
We used these as party favors for a boat themed party. They don’t really fit adults but they were basically props for us so that was ok. We wrote names on them and they took the paint well. The shape was nice.

I have a very small head to begin with but these sailors hats are children’s sizes. Don’t expect them to fit well on an adult’s head. I bought these for a bachelorette party and none of them fit. They just sat on the top of our heads instead of fitting like a hat
