Works really well on porcelain floor tiles, good value
This works really well for cleaning our matte finish (slightly textured) porcelain floor tiles. We don't get a residue and it seems to be gentile on the surface. Does not leave streak marks (but remember, this is on a matte finish floor, not a shiny tile). No noticeable residue or smell left behind.

This is a GREAT product!
I clean homes and started using this product by mixing a little in a spray bottle with water, spraying as I wet mop flooring. It has been great on all types of surfaces and you can tell the floor is cleaner every time. There is no odor, did not cause slipping, does not leave residue on flooring as long as it is diluted as stated on label. Highly recommend this as an economical way to clean flooring and other surfaces with no harsh chemicals!!!

better than I hoped
I've been looking for a ph neutral cleaner without added fragrance for a few years, and was a little apprehensive about buying this without being able to open it and smell how strong the scent was before spending the money on it. I have health conditions that are triggered by fragrances, and wanted something I could clean my tile and laminate floors with that wouldn't trigger an episode. Several reviews said the scent was very light, so I decided to buy the smallest container I could get and give it a try. What a relief! The scent is very light and natural smelling and dissipates quickly. I was able to clean my floors without triggering my conditions. The product cleans well enough, and doesn't leave a residue that needs repeated rinsing. So glad I found this!

Really clean tough stains on tile in bathroom walls and on tile floors. Capful saves money too.
I have three bathrooms that are all tile as well as my kitchen floor and laundry room floor. I was delighted that the tile looked so exceptionally shinny and clean after using this surface cleaner. I have tried many products but this one has done the best job of cleaning dirt in the grooves in the tile and giving a clean look. I also used it on my bathtub which we use a lot and the ring of oil is hard to clean - it came out so clean which amazed me.The best part is that it is so concentrated that I used such a small amount.KM
