This is the best working caffeine free pre I've used so I feel like it deserves 5 stars for that alone. The blueberry lemonade flavor is ok, I plan on trying orange soon and will update my review soon but uh.... the strawberry flavor is heinous, it tastes lightly of artificial strawberry flavoring mixed with cayenne... if you want a spicy flavored pre it would be great, however, for everyone else it's not a good flavor pairing.

First day taking this and I took a full scoop. I got the orange flavor and for some reason it is spicy! Like chili spicy after 5 mins my face was on fire! Like I had fire ants crawling under my skin! Decided to drive to the gym and on my way there the feeling spread to my whole body. I felt like crying it was soo itchy and and it kinda hurt! I’ve never had such a reaction from a pre workout. It’s was horrible!!!! After I started my workout the feeling went away. My workout was good. I could tell a difference in focus and I felt really hot during the workout.I will try 1/4 scoop next time. If I get the same reaction I will return it.Gave it 5 stars but it deserves 2 I just need people who read reviews to read this before buying. I will be back to update this reviewUPDATE: I gave it away even after taking 1/4 scoop the reaction was intense and it made my face numb.

I would like to start that I think the product, overall, is great. It gets me amped up and ready for the gym, just as it should, without going crazy on the caffeine since I prefer to remain stimulant free.I get GREAT workouts in, and the product is a great price. My only complaint is the strawberry flavor.It's not strawberry. Not even remotely close to strawberry. As someone who's favorite flavor is strawberry, this was a really off flavor if it's supposed to be strawberry.The mix is spicy. And not subtle.The spiciness caught me so off guard at first, that I legitimately thought I was allergic to the product. My throat started to feel really hot, and I was concerned for a moment until my husband took some of it too, and said it was also making his throat feel hot.So we looked at the ingredients list, and saw paprika was an ingredient and immediately it made sense. It tastes like paprika. My best way of comparing it is to imagine Tajin on the rim of a shot, and that's how it feels to take this.If you're someone who doesn't mind spicy or likes Mexican Candy shots, this is a good product.If you're someone like me who loves strawberry and bought this expecting it to taste sweet like a strawberry, then maybe avoid it or try another flavor.I'm going to give other flavors a try after I force myself to finish this one, but the strawberry IS NOT strawberry.

Great stuff.I've had both flavors, I much prefer the Orange. Kind of a Creamsicle flavor vs an orange juice, but not super strong.Works great, no jitters. Drastically increases my workload in the gym vs not using anything. Helps keep ya going through those last few reps, push past the pain and stay focused. I've noticed an increase in pump, and in stamina during grueling workouts. Also helps outside of the lifting sesh. I do a lot of analysis, and have noticed the increased concentration carries over to work after the gym.Tldr: good stuff, no jitters, tastes decent.

The flavor was good, but it got clumpy rather quickly.

This pre workout tastes nothing like strawberry and actually leaves a stinging almost spicy taste in my mouth that genuinely hurts. Only gave this one a try because it is a caffeine free recipe but definitely regret it and it’s a waste of money because Amazon will not let me return it.

Works very well. I was used to high caffeine pre workout but can't have as much caffeine due to medication. This gets me through the workout perfectly and still gives the tingle.
