UPDATED!Contacted customer services and had a great support for them. So adding two more stars. Chair is really lovely and comfortable and all issues has now been resolved.This chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. Quality of the fabric not the best but is ok for this price. Points were taking because of horrible smell, which I really hope will go off and the delivery service were extremely poor.

The chair is lovely strong came well packaged only arrived today but all looks well ws easy to fit back together .. hope it stays as good as it is now . Good price lovely colour cream :))

This is very comfortable and reclining is easy. This is very good quality and great value for money.

Bearing in mind that( you only get what you pay for ). I purchased this chair just over a month ago , apparently now not eligible for return ? This product is very poorly made ie wood showing through the upholstery on arm, the sponge padding on arm has completely collapsed and is down to the woodwork, the back of the chair does not meet the main body as in photographs. I know this product is relatively cheap but the condition of this chair after only 43 days is above what is considered normal wear and tear. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this chair and will not recommend anybody to purchase from your company Kind Regards Robert Lewis

I love this recliner. I’m wheelchair dependent but was able to build this chair by myself, it is so easy. It’s strong, sturdy & firm. Excellent value for money. Perfect addition to the new corner sofa I bought. I’ve not reclined in it yet, that will be for my older grandchildren to enjoy. My ONLY complaint was the delivery. Despite clear instructions about calling me at least an hour before delivering or even the day before as it was being delivered to my new home that I’ve not actually moved into yet so I needed notice to ensure I was there to receive the delivery & made clear that I’m disabled & wheelchair dependent so I had time to answer the door, it was delivered & left outside (my door was wide open, letting the air through the house), they didn’t shout in, ring the bell or even knock the door. They could have slid it inside but instead I only noticed when I went to my kitchen & saw it sitting outside

I have brought two of these chairs one as already been replaced after two weeks bar undernieth the chair came away sent a replacement on this one the arm is lose and the chair i have been useing the seat cushion gone flat phoned them all you get is video they ask for i wouls stay clear of these chairs there not well built at all.

Prompt delivery. As described. Nice colour. Very comfortable reclining chair. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this chair purely because of the slim measurements in the width, as i needed it to fit in a very narrow space but unfortunately it was 10cm wider than the measurements stated. Very disappointing. It is not worth the money. But it was easy enough to assemble and is quite comfortable. It is easy to recline if your an adult, but my children 10yrs old cannot push it back to recline.
