By all means, I don’t look or act stressed but my thyroid and adrenals tell me otherwise. I started taking them sometimes one in the afternoon but mostly at night before bed. I sleep better and feel quite calm. Love how I feel.

I don't really feel the help

I've been taking these for 2 months.My nervous system has been keeping me in fight/flight every night for 6 months. It feels like doing strenuous exercise accompanied by someone screaming in your face and holding a knife to your throat, while being starving/malnourished.I was hoping the supplement would help with this. It did, it just took 2 months for me to notice a change.I decided to cease consumption for a couple weeks because this stuff is expensive. My improved sleep stayed the same, but during the daytime my brain was perceiving constant threats to my survival. When my safety feels threatened I take one of these and I melt into peace. I've been doing DNRS along with this and it is a helpful duo for me. Without them I spiral out of control.

These caused severe nightmares when I took them. If you have severe somatically-presenting stress-responses (I have a life-long exposure to complex stressors that developed into CPTSD then into MCAS), I caution taking these.A somatic response that becomes the norm suddenly being strongly interrupted via chemical (even natural 'chemicals') will create an internal negative response, i.e., nightmares. Be careful trying to chemically modulate/mitigate the somatic responses without a therapist and/or in-tune doctor.These also made me RAVENOUS, and considering the Magnolia Bark ingredient, that doesn't seem odd. It contains Honokiol, which works like Estrogen in the body, and my body HUNGERS when estrogen spikes.Use this with mindful caution.
