I don't write many reviews but while I was going through my prior orders to see if I wanted to repurchase anything during prime days, I came across the loftilla bathroom scale that I purchased in 2020. 1. I don't need to buy a new one since it's as good as the day I purchased it. The price is not much more today. The phone app never lost any history since 2020 and no costs beyond the scale purchase price. I needed to write this because other apps are always trying to get more money out of you or showing ads and this one doesn't. Big pluses for loftilla.

Love that I can connect it to my phone and track my weight

It is accurate. Easy and for several years I'd just use it as a regular scale. GAME CHANGER when I downloaded the app. After connecting to bluetooth and entering my information, all I do is step on the scale and my data is recorded. I don't even have to have my phone open nor touch a button?!?! It was odd days later the next time I used it, and it said I had data that was from someone else. Turns out it tried to record my hubby's weight. So I just added him and assigned those weights to him. It knows who is who when one of us gets on the scale:)The ONLY issue I've had is trying to record notes on the day about my body, eating, etc. It keeps saying "Please check your network". My network is fine. It's their app! I've spent a long time trying to get it to record, and finally called support. She had no idea this was a feature on the app. After sending screenshots of the process, she said she would check with their technician. She was very nice, but seems odd, disturbing, and makes me wonder about a company that a customer would teach their support about a feature on the app, especially when there are so few features to have to learn.Please fix this issue. Recording data about food, or travel, feelings, digestion, whatever would be fantastic.If this feature was never fully developed, they should delete it from the app!
