Freeda Iron Supplement - Ferrous Fumarate Iron Tablets

I have been anemic for years- and prescribed many forms of iron. Liquid- tablets- coated and they all constipated me horribly and did not absorb well into my system. I tried eating loads of healthy greens- in smoothies- in salads- nothing worked. I am in the medical field and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t ever getting my iron levels up. I was VERY LOW. Lowest level was 4- my doctor strongly suggested (rightfully so) a blood transfusion and I declined. (Personal reasons- not religious reasonings) I finally spoke to the doctor I work for and she said have you tried Freeda? I said- what is it- I’ve never heard of it. She showed me- I purchased. 30 days later my levels are up- not normal yet but up- and I’m 98% sure they are rising because I can feel an increase in energy- I’m sleeping less. I have even dropped some weight because I now have energy that previously was not there. I was doing the bare minimum daily. I will not be taking anything else!

I take this every day. I am happy that Freeda products have top kosher certification. Please note this is ferrous fumarate. Two (2) tablets are 58 mg (similar to typical 65 mg dose of ferrous sulfate).

Usually iron is hard on my stomach, so I couldn't take it regularly.I had covid in Jan 24 and it cause severe hair loss. I tried all the recommended supplements like Zinc, Silica, bamboo, hyaluronic acid and it barely made any difference.After taking this iron in the morning ,I washed my hair on the 3rd day and I lost 25-30% of the hair I was losing before.I know that because I have a plastic mushroom instead of a bathtub closure to monitor the condition of my hair.Thank God for this product. I'm taking it with breakfast.It's cheaper than all those other supplements that I tried (that are usually cost the same for 2 months supply as 250=8 months worth of the product. )My iron is usually on the lower end of the spectrum and I had to discontinue taking other supplements due to upset stomach. .

Great product so far. Priced right. Easy to swallow. Easy on the stomach compared to other iron supplements. Customer Service even sent a message to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will order again.
