My first vest - Durable, Convenient, Good Price
This is my first running vest, and I wanted to start off cheap to see what I like and don't like. I have used this vest over maybe 30+ runs with a max of 15 miles at the longest. It's pockets have room for a folding knife (self-defense is paramount, after all), my asthma inhaler, my keys, and some money (which I may have washed with the vest a number of times since I forget it is in there as my emergency stash). The two larger pockets up front can accommodate my large smartphone with case (Samsung S22 Ultra) and a Gatorade bottle (or smaller, of course). I have washed the vest several times (I think maybe about 4 or 5). It has done great in the washer and dryer. I don't have a bladder for the back pouch, so I have just loaded it up with fruit snack packs on my long runs, heh heh heh. When I have a full drink/bottle in the front pocket(s) it does bounce around too much for my liking, so I have a tendency to try to stabilize it with my hand until I drink about half of the bottle. Of course, most people will probably get a bladder for the back pouch if they are jogging longer or maybe even a running belt, so this may not be a big issue. I just deal with it. I like the vest quite a bit, obviously, and plan on using it for years to come. I am a man with a smaller frame (skinny with muscles) and am about 5'8" and 134-140lbs.I hope this review helps!I hope this review was helpful.

Great pack! Almost 5 stars! (Updated)
Updated to five stars after excellent customer service addressed a defective bottle.Running environment tested:Arizona desert (both dirt trails and pavement roads)-Temperature 80-108 F-Time of day - morning to mid-afternoon-duration - 15 min-60 min-Effort - east to sprintConfigurations tested:-350ml bottle (with straw) in one pocket, iPhone 7 in other bottle pocket. Jaybird case in back. Tank top/sports bra/HR monitor under. No tank top under.-350ml bottles (with straws) in both pockets. Jaybird case in back. Tank top/sports bra/HR monitor under. No tank.Previous hydration solutions tested:-Traditional packs with bladder-Disposable water bottle-Hand carried running bottle with strapImpressions:I’m really impressed with this pack and the fact that it’s a fraction of the name brand options. I’m have a small frame (5’7”, 130lbs, size small women’s shirt) so a lot of the options were too big. I thought for sure this pack would jostle around like my camelbak used to but it stayed solid throughout sprints and long runs. The bottle with straw was a cool solution that I hadn’t used before. When completely full, they do want to slide up and out a little but you can either fill it a little shy of full or pull the elastic over the straw (which isn’t a great long term solution since it’ll stretch). One of my bottles leaks pretty bad from the cap, but I think I probably just got a bad one. Other than that, the material from the bottle and pack feels high quality and it seems like it will last. I probably will make some elastic straps to contain the side straps since the excess flops around when I run but that wouldn’t be an issue for someone with a big torso. It’s also hardly noticeable. It does add some warmth as the other reviews mentioned, but for the Arizona heat, I just got rid of the tank top and only ran with a sports bra underneath. It’s probably warmer with the water bladder but I didn’t test that.Overall, solid product. Would purchase again, especially if I got two good bottles next time.

Hands Free! Can carry enough hydration & fuel for my first Full Marathon training.
I have been wanting a vest like this for awhile. I have done two long runs (10miles each), two medium runs (7 & 5 miles), and a Half Marathon (13.1miles) with it since it came in the mail. This vest gives me hands free but I can still carry- 2 Cliff Energy Blok packs (on the top left zip pouch), salt (small top right pocket), phone (bottom left pouch), extra squeeze water bottle for Gatorade between the Cliff Bloks (bottom right pouch), key (bottom left deep zipper)... plus the backpack has a hydration bladder with tube which feeds through the top and over shoulder. I also mix Nuun salt tabs with the water I add to the hydration pack (premix separately bc of pressure). The reflectors on top shoulders are a loop which you can feed tube through to lay flat if you like (I don't but have considered). The hook on the top front clasp across chest is for keeping the tube from moving around during your run.The tightness of the top clasp does seem to come loose while running with the tube attached. I tie the excess of the strap around itself to keep it from loosening. The top strap is stretchey, while bottom and side straps are not.I also love that the angled mouth piece on the tube turns so whichever way the tube lays down across your body, there is always the option to rotate the mouth piece so it isn't pointing straight down but rather angled up.The side straps are nice but since I am small in size, they don't seem to tighten as much as I would like (I like a snug fit). They are good enough but I would like maybe another inch. Still, not a huge deal. The downfall of only having one side strap, as opposed to two (like name brand vests), is the fit might be tighter with two individual (top and bottom) side straps. One small issue that I am having to get use to (bc really I just love this vest) is that it tends to need another strap somewhere (maybe low under the armpit) to keep from being loose around the collar bone area. I find myself grabbing the bottom and pulling down at times. This would not keep me from buying again though. The hydration bladder is a little difficult to fill only bc the opening is hard to keep open and the plastic needs to be squeezed to stay open. I am afraid I will break it. The way I keep the hydration bladder from getting moldy is to empty after use and then freeze all parts until next use. The tube separates from the pack and the one thing I noticed during two of my first three runs was after filling and hooking up, once driving to path, the tube was not fully clicked into hydration pack. It may have been from travel or just me?The main issue I have with the pack is needing to "prime" the tube before starting my run. I hold the pack higher than the mouthpiece of the tube and squeeze the mouthpiece to let excess air flow out. As long as the tube stays pointing down, the tube stays free of air. This has helped for when I first need my water while running, I do not have to worry about sucking out all of the air first (and trying to run). The reason for purchase of the vest was for convenience of being hands free, as well as hydrating during long distance runs. I was tired of carrying my water bottle, phone (for music & tracker), and fuel during longer runs. I just started practicing a training schedule (and fueling) for my FIRST full marathon training next year.I LOVE the vest!

Great value for money
Been meaning to buy one of these for ages, with running further and further I now need to have water with me and somewhere to carry gels now that the warmer weather is on its way and I won’t be wearing a jacket. This has been great for running Half Marathons, it’s light and I don’t really hear the water moving around all that much which I did with my previous one (designed more for cycling). The back has two compartments which one of them I have used for the water bladder. Both compartments are separated by a net divider only. The bladder that came with it is brilliant and much easier to use than my previous one. This one opens at the top making it easy to fill, empty and clean. While the tube comes off at the click of a button rather than having to force pull. The tube is long but once fitted around the bag and you it actually works perfectly meaning I only have to pull it up a short way for that sip while running. I would have preferred a twist tap to the cap and pull system though, this can be a little fiddly. The back pack also has four pockets on the front, one zipped big enough for a credit card and money bit not a phone (maybe an iPhone mini). The two at the bottom great for either water bottles or energy gels and will just about hold my iPhone 12. There is another small pocket which can hold a key, these other three are not fully sealed, they have a pull cord which does the job well enough.Make sure you pull all the cords so the pack fits nicely and you wont have any issues on those longer runs.

Very good product for the money.
The bad1. The pockets are a little bit small, can't get my phone in em so have to use the extra water pouches on the front. - not a major issue as the bladder on the back holds more than enough water for an armature runner like me.The inconvenient.1. The back bladder is in close contact with your actual back so the water gets warm, not really much you can do about it, its really more of a minor nit pick, could put a towel with an ice pack in between you and it as there is plenty of space in the bag but I haven't tried because it doesn't bother me that much.2. The mouth piece is a bit finicky and the suction isn't great when the bladder gets low, again, not much you can do about it. If you're struggling to get suction then pull slightly on the hose below the mouth piece and it sorts it out.The Good.1. Very light weight2. Comfortable and a good fit, can be adjusted a lot, will fit over my weight vest fine3. High viz, very important with the days getting shorter4.The bladder is of good construction and I'v had no issues with leakage or anything5. sturdy with good stitching.Tl:drits a really good product for the price and Is ideal for newer runners to more experienced long distance runners.get baking soda with it as you'll need to wash it out prior to use to avoid the plastic taste( this is common with any water bladder, can't be avoided)

Great value for trail running, just one flaw!
I use my Aonijie backpack 4-5 times a week for trail running. It is lightweight, a great adjustable fit and is suitable to carry a waterproof, water, phone, GoPro and snacks if needed. It’s not waterproof so I carry a phone in a small plastic bag. The backpack is great value for money but a persistent problem I’ve had is the elastic closures on the strap pockets have broken on the last 2 backpacks I’ve had. Whilst not a disaster this means my water bottle and GoPro need to be carried internally in the bag and therefore the bag needs to be taken off to use these. Would have had 5 stars without this problem

Essential purchase for distance runners!
Had my first run with this on the weekend and was very impressed. For a relatively cheap item (many brands are significantly more expensive) the quality of this hydration vest is great. The vest itself fits well and is nicely adjustable, although the straps did tend to loosen slightly during the run, but I did have both bottles full so you would expect that from some bouncing. In general though, the fit was great. I found the soft bottles perfect for the 2-ish hours I ran, with just enough liquid to keep everything comfortable. Just read the instructions on the side of the straw to see how to open them properly rather than treating them like a normal waterbottle.Only thing to note is my phone definitely didn't fit in the shoulder straps so had to put it in the main compartment, which did get a little sweaty by the end, but my phone has a case and screen cover so was fine after a little wipe down.I did a lot of looking at these different but similar brands and was very happy with this purchase, and would have happily paid a little more than the price I did. Well worth the purchase!

Don’t waste money on the bottle
The vest is great. Good fit and comfortable when running. The little pockets are ideal for phone gels and stowing jacket if it’s too warm. However the bottle smells and tastes of plastic, it is foul. I washed it in warm soapy water, soaked it in bicarb twice and vinegar once and after all that it is JUST ABOUT useable. Not sure I will use it though as the smell/taste was so strong I wonder about how safe it is! Pity because overall it’s an excellent set up for long distance running.
